  • Launched E-Claims product suite v1.0, a standard platform for workshops, adjusters and insurers to manage insurance claims.
2006



  • Launched flagship call centre service in referral assistance.
  • Attained Microsoft Certified Partner in Data Solutions Management.
2008




  • Attained IBM Partner Status.
  • Setup 24/7 contact centre, based in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Partners with Avaya to setup new call centre infrastructure, providing services on contact centre outsourcing.

  • Launched CRM product suite v1.0, covering product features on Helpdesk Management and Complaint Management.
  • Setup software centre based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
  • Attained Microsoft Certified Partner as Independent Software Vendor (ISV).
  • Launched contact centre outsourcing services on customer service, helpdesk, service booking, telemarketing and survey.
